Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping throughout Italy costs €8.

For orders over €500, no shipping costs apply.

Sustainability is a core value. Your order will be shipped in a pre-used box : a conscious choice to reduce waste and environmental impact. The boxes are anonymous, and once you receive your package, you can reuse them for your own shipments or to organize your items.

Times and Methods

  • Preparation: Your order will be picked up on the first working day following the date of purchase.

  • Delivery times: Once handed over to the courier, estimated transit time is approximately 48 hours for Italy (excluding islands or more difficult-to-reach areas).

  • Couriers: We work with major carriers (BRT, UPS, Poste Italiane, DHL) to ensure the best coverage. If you have specific courier preferences, please contact me before completing your order.

As soon as the waybill is generated, you'll receive an email with the tracking code. This way, you can independently track your package's journey to your home.
