Returns and Refunds
The bags and accessories sold on Desiderio Studio are pre-loved items, carefully selected, described and photographed in detail.
Before purchasing, I always invite you to carefully read the description and view all the images, which are an integral part of the product sheet.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
The return request must be sent exclusively by email to: info@desideriostudio.it
The communication must contain:
order number
item(s) being returned
any photographic documentation, if requested
Return requests submitted after the 14-day deadline will not be considered.
Conditions for accepting returns
To be accepted, the article must meet all of the following conditions:
be returned in the same condition as received
show no new signs of wear, damage, alterations or odors
not having been washed, used or tampered with
be complete with all the equipment received, including:
dustbag (original and handmade)
thank you card
any tags or items provided
Each item is carefully photographed and documented before shipping.
Any discrepancies found upon return will result in the item being rejected.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
The return shipment must take place no later than 7 days after confirmation of acceptance of the return.
It is mandatory to use a traceable shipping method
Desiderio Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return shipment.
Return Verification
Once the package is received, the item will be carefully checked.
I reserve the right to:
refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions indicated above
return the item to the sender, with shipping costs paid by the buyer
Reimbursement
In case of accepted return:
The refund will be made to the original payment method.
the refunded amount will be net of shipping costs
Any handling fees charged by third party payment providers may be deducted from your refund.
The refund will be issued within 30 days from the date the return is approved.
Crediting times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
customized or made-to-order items
restoration services or interventions carried out at the customer's request
returned items that do not comply with the conditions indicated
Buying preloved means accepting that the item may show slight signs of age, always clearly declared.
These characteristics do not constitute a defect or a valid reason for return.
